This year the 2018 KOTRC Dale Kirn Knight’s Joust Fun-Fly was attended by Joe Kirn and he brought his Victor Stanzel Sky Raider with Monoline Control System. Joe and his wife Nancy are real nice folks and Joe intends to fly more Stunt in the future.

I only realized it was monoline after he was back on the ground and was rolling up. Thanks for the video!
Good times. The Knights put on a great culinary event, and there was flying, too. Paul spiced that up with his poker flight scoring method. I did alright. I used all my luck keeping my airplane out of the pavement, and that only left enough for a King of hearts, an eight of hearts, and a lonely, ugly little four of diamonds....
Thanks, guys for a fun day!

I got to watch Joe fly Dale's Thunderbird at VSC one year doing a demo flight. Amazing how much work he had to do with the mono line handle to do the pattern. H^^
