Doc,
You need to come to the MSC next month and see how much fun we have. y1

The autogyro belonged to a local guy by the name of George Cox. He won Carrier at the NATs one year. He passed away not sure when, but one of the local guys got all his old stuff. I got a few old items in need of repair. The autogyro is looking for a home. It was offered to anyone at the field willing to fixer up.

That is quite a drive for  me, about 8 hours.  With my hip and back acting up still I would be just spectating.  Maybe in the future.  DOC Holliday

Hey Big Bill,
It belongs to Kenny and I can not recall his last name. He flew a lot of combat and raceing back in the day with Lester Goldsmith I think.
Anyway he say's Al calls him every now and then and they talk shop. It is powered by a OS 40. He did not fly it that day because of the wind and the field at the park is a little rough in spots. Not good for wing gear.

That is about all I know about Kenny and his plane. It was a real work of art. Very detailed cockpit too.

I will be in Memphis Wednesday afternoon. Where is the field that you fly at? Is it Millington or another field? I will be at the MSC in September and want to find the field in advance. Thanks from Curtis Shipp.
