Well it's time for the annual Christmas wish list... What are you looking forward to seeing under the tree?
Not that I am going to get one but I dream of a PA or RoJett. Might be better off lowering my expectations.
How about you guys? Got a list made for the little woman to shop from? Looking forward to that new kit or engine?

Hi Jay,
Not really in need of anything related to model airplanes. Got more engines that we could all use at once, a couple kits that will be built when I retire. A couple planes under construction (actually 8) ao I guess all I could hope for is some real nice 4-5 lb. balsa in several sizes!
Around here, all I want for Christmas is for us all to have good health!

My Honey's gonna get me Walter's Colossus, whether it's in time for Christmas or later - I'm willing to wait! She's getting a U-Key .35 RTF, with a new .25FP that I've been saving for that project.

I'm getting my son, Sean back! His tour in Iraq is finished and he has been cooling his heels in Kuwait. Just got word from his fiance that he will be "feet dry" in this country Thursday afternoon at Fort Hood , Texas. A few weeks to stand down and do what ever they have to do upon returning from deployment, and then they will drive home about the 15th of December, and we will be a whole family again for Christmas.
I can't ask for more than that!
Type at you later,

Dan, it is great to hear that Sean is coming home. I guess with all I have my wish would be that all our young service people could be home. DOC Holliday

I am very pleased that all my sons will be home for Christmas this year. It will probably be the last time for a long time. My oldest is now a 2nd Luietenant in the Army and will soon be deployed to Germany. The 2nd oldest is a Corporal in the Marine Corps. He leaves January 15th for his third deployment in Iraq. This one will last a year. The youngest leaves January 9th for bootcamp in the Navy. God Bless all of our troops wherever they may serve. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.

My thoughts are with all of you that have sons in the military. My son has been in the Navy for 17 years. I guess I never realized that Navy people have to get off the ships and go in to the battles. He has been in all the "hot spots" since he went in. A few years ago when he went to the Pentagon I felt better till I realized that he was at the only military target that had ever been hit in the United States. It was really brought home to me when I visited the Pentagon and saw that he had a new office. He explained that the old one was destroyed when the plane hit it. He is back there now after spending time in Kuwait and Iraq.
What do I want for Christmas just another year as good as the last one.
