It's hard to believe that I have turned out 10 full size stunt ships and 3 profiles sense I have returned to the hobby. On avarage thats 1 plane every 2 months (not including the profiles and the 2 profiles that are not finished). I have a fleet ready to use as a tool to the goal. Should the unfortunate happen this year I have plenty of ships to back it up. So l hope to look for some decent bottoms this year.
Whats really hard to believe is the mess 10 airplanes make! I have been cleaning for 3 hours now and haven't eve begun to scratch the surface. 5 trash bags already and more to go! The dust on everything is unbelievable!
My front runner this year is my S6B. If the weather ever gives me a break I get it all dialed in and ready for the NATS. If not it will be last years T-Bolt . The Satona might surprise me though. I don't think I have enough time to get another one ready but who knows. Look for more to come from the SKUNK WORKS!

Sparky, I started on my bottoms Sunday morning first round of adv. The judges didn't like it so I went back to my usual pattern of 7 foot bottoms and the score went back up to normal. See ya down the road. DOC Holliday

I was reminded yesterday by Gary Hajek about building speed. Many here think they have seen speed but Alas you have not! There was a time 16 years ago I had crashed my plane just before a contest and I didn't have a back up. So 3 days before the contest I started a round the clock vigil. I built-flew and won Expert at the glove factory contest with a plane build in 3 days. That was fast! So far the fastest I have built one sense coming back is 9 days.
Doping it the morning of the contest and trimming at the field. I had forgotten all about that plane. Power by VF46 it was Viper 4.
