And on hot days, he can fire it up and put a breeze thru the windows.

Very spiffy lawn ornament. Just tell the homeowner's association that it is an objet d'art. They always sign off on those....

Obviously that plane is an ARF!  Where are his AMA numbers? Does it take apart for traveling to foreign contests?
What is  his real name? Does that plane fly in one or more PAMPA classes? How much did it cost, and can I order one?

You are correct Skip!  The plane is on Stephens Ave. (or Orange - close enough, and easy to find)

Is it just a lawn ornament or was the owner crazy enough to try and fly it?

When we were kids we used to fly out at Fort Missoula.  The groundskeeper was Corp. Roseberry and he kept the parade grounds in top shape for our planes to fly off of.

Google Maps for 523 Stephens Ave. shows a couple of "motorcycle" sculptures and a battered Dodge Caravan in front, but the satellite picture appears to be from 2015. I'd wonder how he winterizes the aeroplane "object d'art" for those tough Montana winters. Must have long winters there...    Steve

Missoula winters are not too bad.  But Bozeman, Butte, and Great Falls ....  ai yi yi !!!

Actually, Missoula is about a 3 hour jaunt from Spokane.  We need to convince the world's greatest B-17 stunt pilot to go over and check it out.  Maybe hook up some lines and do a loop or two....

Everything is relative. We think of Spokane winters as being really brutal...summers, too. The good thing is that their cars are farther apart, and in motion.    Steve
