Just wondering if there was a thread here somewhere that details the "Fancherized Twister". I have downloaded his article (it an eye test). I was hoping for some detailed pics and steps, maybe someone has done a build thread on one or knows where one is. I've been Googling it but have not come up with anything.
Thanks
Gregg

I believe that PAMPA Products has the article.....very good!

You can try a search here too.

Go to the PAMPA site as the whole article is there. They also have the plans for the DOCTOR and INTERN which I think are better flying planes,

Greg mentioned in his post that he has the article....he is looking for a build thread on the Fancherized Twister which I don't believe I have ever seen. Has anyone out there built one and taken a lot of pics?

I'm in the process of building two Fancherized Twisters from kits that I bought somewhere for what, 25 bucks a piece I think? I just read the article and drew the mods directly on the plans. The only real difference is the fuselage which is longer by about 3 1/2 inches, the stab is pushed back about that amount and the vertical stab is shorter and reshaped. Plus the CG is about an inch father forward.

Other builders have made the horizontal stab and elevators longer spanwise and substituted thicker stock for the flaps but mine are stock. I did make half ribs for the wing as you can see.

This is the electric "take apart" version which is now covered and waiting for the batteries to arrive in the mail. The second Twister is going to be Enya 46 4C powered and should be ready for Brodak this year! Hope these pics help!

That looks a lot better than the ones I built. I am surprised the Twister kits are going for so little on the bay. H^^
