Thanks for all your support in my run for Sheriff of Macomb County.

I did not get more votes than the incumbent, who's not a bad guy.

I DID get 151,615 votes while spending less than $1,000.

I beat Hillary Clinton's score in Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.
I beat President Trump in Alaska, DC, Hawaii and Vermont.

Macomb County is a great county and we BOTH put Trump over the top and squashed the four-county massive transit slush fund that would have taken $4 billion out of the productive sector.

Real competition is something of a break from model competition and I would have spent more money entering airplane contests.

Three poor candidates with NO money attacking the entrenched positions of County Clerk, Sheriff and State Rep.  Karen actually WON while Steve & I made the incumbents work for their jobs.

Paul,
Thanks for stepping up for a very important but sometimes thankless job.

This is a trying time to be wearing a badge.

Good job Paul.  and Thank Ms. Karen for her efforts too.  The national election coverage was so biased it wasn't really obvious how it was going to turn out.  I'm happy with the result.  We need new ideas in washingtom.
