Title: Iowa Contest?

Anyone here have any information on the Mid-Iowa Control Line Contest in early May?  I saw one bit of info on another forum but no good details.

I'm thinking about going there for the contest if they are still having one.

The contest is on May 5-6, 2006 Big Creek State Park-Polk City IA. Their website is located at http://home.earthlink.net/~iowaucontrol/homepage.htm.

Thanks for the additional info Crist.  I found the site and even sent an e-mail to Mike A. who also sent me some info on a nearby campground on Lake Saylorville.  I'm gonna drag the RV trailer and the family up there with me - got my reservations all worked out.

Looks like about an 8 hour drive from the Lou.  I guess I will need to leave by noon on Sunday so I'll miss some of it.

PS - Crist I want one of those cool inverted flight pictures that also shows the pilot - can you do that?  Just don't take one if I crash.  :-\
