Did they have Intermediate at the Nat's? If so who won?

Hey Willis. If I heard correctly, I believe a local guy from New Bern N.C. Last name Schumacker (spelling?) Get in touch with Kent Tysor. He should know. I need to ride down and see you fellas'.

We meet Shoemaker at the New Burn Fun Fly a couple years ago. He was the guy with the electric planes. Shoemaker said he always wanted to go to the Nat’s, guess he made it OK.
You missed a good time too visit last Wednesday Phil Spillman was in town, all of us met at the Coliseum for some fun. 98 degrees.

Everett Shoemaker won Intermediate and also "Best Brodak Kit" entry. 2nd-Howard Terrell,  3rd-Dennis Downs, 4th- Rob Young,  5th-John Gladfelter, 6th-Don Sopka, 7th-Vince Bodde, 8th-Norman Gayer, 9th-Larry Fruits      dg
