Improving A NoblARF
« on: October 08, 2010, 09:46:28 PM »
My idea for improving the FLYING of a NoblARF involves the stab/elevator. The Aldrich Nobler has an airfoiled/built up  stab/elevator. The NoblARF has a sheet stab/elevator and doesn't turn as well as the Aldrich Nobler. Would it be better to duplicate the Aldrich Nobler stab/elevator, or simply increase the thickness of the sheet unit? OR, am I on the wrong track and something else needs improvement?

Don't take my word for it, but, I think the first Nobler before the kits were flat surfaces.  Look at some of the early photos.  Also the rudder was a little squarer at the top. H^^
