Impressive service

Wednesday morning at 8:30am I went online and placed a small order from Aircraft Spruce (www.aircraftsprucel.com). Yesterday at 9:12am the Fed-ex truck rolled up front with the order; at 9:15am I got an email from Fed-ex that the order was delivered.

24 hours and 45 minutes from order, to electronic confirmation of delivery; that's great! BTW, I live about 275 miles from Aircraft Spruces warehouse in So Cal.

I can report the same kind of experience with Aircraft Spruce (going back to 1975, when orders were mailed or phoned in) and can highly recommend them and their products. It may help that I am also in Calif but I have heard the same from restorers and homebuilders around the country.

I just had the same thing. My order was hung up in Portland for a day (snow issues), but came a day after the projected delivery date. They are great folks to work with.
