Click on your profile, The click personal message options. Add their name in that box and from then on in their replys the only thing you will see is this.
"You are ignoring this user. Show me the post."
So no reason to get upset anylonger at someone.

Click on PROFILE (yours!), then click "Personal Message Options". There's a big rectangle to the right. Fill in all the names (correctly) and then click "change profile" (I think) at the bottom of the form. Easy peasy! H^^ Steve

Thanks Steve, I think I just got it. You actually go to your own profile first to see the options, not the person you wish to ignore.
Thanks Sparky! H^^

At the end of the year, the person who "gets ignored" the most could win a kit or something. Whatta think?
-
So there is no excuse for bickering everyone. If you don't want to see the posts set them to ignore.

Nice feature Sparky, I like it.
Is there any chance that you could add "ignore" or "hide" to specific threads?
Sometimes people really get going on a topic that I would rather not read about or have at the top of the new posts.

Added two people to the ignore list. Guess which two?

Paul Walker and Ted Fancher? Keith Trostle and Mike Keville? Me, twice just to be sure? Tell me when I am getting warm...

Naw, it would be the guy with the most negatives in his rating.

I am trying to make this a good place for everyone to come and share ideas. I hope this new feature will help in self restraint. My idea was what you don't see cant upset you. If it does then I know your looking for it to.

I use the ignore feature in my brain. Works for me.

So do I -- and also in real life, not just 'virtual worlds'.

There are a few who are missing that ignore feature in their brain.
