Sure wore me out.  Two days and I have a B-40 that all it wants to do is pop and bang.  Will not start.  Fuel and battery are good as I have other engines that started and ran fine.  Getting ready to put the electric finger to it as soon as I get it on the test stand.

If those two guys were braver they would have stayed on the wing and kept cranking.  I would have bailed off, too, but what does that matter.

The graduates of the nation's much-maligned Youth Corps didn't have any trouble starting them on the first attempt. 
Not genetically superior, but a lot better conditioned.
