Now that is some building project.   I too had the Sterling kit.   Never got finished.

And he did all that without falling into the swimming pool (apparently).

Do we know where this took place? No obvious cues as to location.

That is VERY interesting.  From the caption it seems that the building process took about a year and a half. ??  Either way, if I were younger and could afford it, I would look into one of those!
