I should have known better

Here is a screen shot of the email I just got from SIG.  Their website showed it in stock.  I think you can forget anything that pertains to Control line.

Sadness. One of our local guys picked one up from one of the older members whom is no longer able to fly. It flew tonight.

That is such a fun plane, it is sad to see it no longer in production.  I hope SIG releases their designs.

Why would they cancel this order?  Won't they just make more kits and print more plans in their "more modern facility" in Chicago IL?

Hopefully the sarcasm is obvious here.

One thing I point out to people is that the web site shows items as "SOLD OUT" as opposed to out of stock. There is a difference! SOLD OUT isially means that's all there is and their ain't no more!!

I know not everyone does FB but there is a guy I think from China that flys a box stock Twister with a B40. He flys a very respectable pattern.

Building a Twister from wood is no big whoop.  Not a taper wing with with a body like a Nobler.

Nobody says it was Paul.  That was not the point of the post.
