The Uctkam is definitely Russian

Tono's were Czech
WILO were German (Willi Otto)

Robert the Kometa is from the USSR-Ukraine. It was a Russian copy of a Super Tigre .29 of the era. the M-M looks like a Merco clone of some kind.
