Is Tulsa getting the 40+ mph winds we're getting today in KS?

Highest I saw on my wind meter today was 15, it was actually a pretty good day.. a little windy but nothing that most couldn't handle. We finished up around 5:30, lots of fun had by all I talked to.

The wind wasn't to bad here today in Tulsa. Watched some great flights.  Maybe will get lucky tomorrow and the weather men are wrong. I did get to watch a warm up flight by the Sparkster and his Thunderbolt.  Hope all have good flights tomorrow.

Hope they have a good day in Tulsa today.  Glad to see Robert made the trip.  How many miles Robert?  I worked on the P-39 yesterday as the wind was gusty and not steady.  Besides it don't get windy in Kansas until the meter says itis around 25mph.  Have fun,  DOC Holliday
