When I started this forum you guys were younger and acted more like adults. If You don't like the topic Don't open the thread, Use some self-control. DO NOT send me messages telling me what offends you and should be removed. If you don't like it here stay on Scambook. If you wish to report a post use the report post link and state the reason. One complaint does not get a removal. It takes three with good reason.

This forum runs smoothly except for a few and it ain't who you think it is.   mw~ He's touching-He's looking-He's pushing-He said a bad word.  R%%%%

Start banning people for not playing nice with others and the rest of them will take note and clean up their act.

Thanks Sparky.  I would just trash any messages about a post being bad, or something else.  You've given everybody an easy way to report unacceptable stuff already.

Seems like a key board and the internet generates a lot of weird behavior that people wouldn't do or say face to face.  We had a guy like that in our club.  Every time he emailed or replied to something ;he was just nasty, denigrating, and divisive.

But talk to him one on one on the street or a chance meeting he's a pretty friendly, talkative guy who can tell a good story.

I see it everywhere on the internet, especially by almost everybody involved on a news site.

Thanks Sparky!  I really can't understand why "grown men" feel a need to police and complain about topics or posts they don't like … There are more interesting and informative posts here than I could possibly find time to read.  Why spend time on a topic that I don't like?

Hi Sparky;

Your comments were dead on! There are some people who simply can not "play well with others". As you suggested I simply ignore the childish stuff. It only takes a couple of posts and replies to identify  the ones who can not seem to exist if they do not "flame" someone else.

Just remember that the vast bulk of your members appreciate all of your work to create and maintain this forum. Don't let the "kids" upset you. As my father once told me "Just remember that no good deed will ever go unpunished".

It is amazing to me the patience you have! I spent my career as a professional pilot, test pilot and FAA pilot examiner, so you can imagine how many "know it all's" I've seen. It has never failed that the smartest guy/gal in the room was the one who just listened and kept quiet. It never, ever failed to be the case! My thoughts have always proven to be true, "no matter how smart you think you are, there's always someone in the room smarter than you." I've had trainees who were military test pilots, Blue Angels, Thunderbirds, professional aerobatic pilots, etc, etc. Unless they were asked about their experience, they just quietly observed and absorbed the information. Every time!

I think this is a damn good forum, my many questions have been answered in a timely and adult manner. I have never had anyone give me a hard time or a smart a-- answer. I have learned uncounted tips on building and finishing here. I know there are some who don't play well with others but this is just the way of the world.
Like you say if you don't like the post don't read it.
