Had to go to the bank and start the paper process. What a pain in the arsh.

I know the feeling. Someone stole my son's EIN number for his cell phone while he was at college and ran up a thousand dollars in text messaging fees. Verizon was so supportive (pay the bill or we cut off the phone). We had to get a new SIM card for the phone. That they were helpful with, at least. But no break on the bill. Sigh...
