That is very cool Bob. Do you have any idea what publication it came from or who authored it? Thanks for sharing.

Pretty cool. From the years spread across the top and the names mentioned in the hero list at the bottom, I would say it's a 1941 or a bit later document. No WW-2 heros mentioned. Might be from a newsletter from one of the mentioned clubs. The Stix-Baer, and Fuller club that was mentioned was quite large, over 3000 members at one time, I think. Somewhere I have some newsletters from that club and they were quite elaborate. Would be interesting to find out what it was from. Where did you find it, Bob?
Type at you later,

Hi, Joe, Hi, Dan.
I was going through some stuff that a fellow from Quakertown, PA gave me around 25 years ago.
His first name was Champion!
I'm sure he's passed by now but he was a very clever modeler.
Anyhow, he gave me all sorts of old magazines and model planes, many built before WW II.
I'll try and find more stuff and post it.

I found some more stuff!
The first is a scan from an original AMA decal, possibly pre-war, I'm not sure.
The second is a scan from the September, 1957 Flying Models cover.
US 611 - I remember it well. Maybe some of you do also?
