The "G-man" is correct. It will work as a repair process.
I used the idea 22 years ago while building my F/A-18A for controline scale and it is still holding.
The process is to paint aliphatic resin on both surfaces that are to be bonded and allow the resin to dry. then position the parts and apply heat using a $coat iron to polymerize (bond) the resin.
I would draw lines on the inner surface of the wing skin (1/64 ply) to mark where the ribs and spars would touch the skin. Then paint a 1/4 inch wide area with the resin on the inside of the skin and on the edges of the ribs and spars. Allow the resin to dry. Place the skin in position and apply heat. Go slowly as the heat has to reach the lower coating of resin to activate it.
