I suffered with a bad left knee for close to 20 years. The Dr. said arthritis, and some in my right knee, also. For some reason, I bought some joint fixin' stuff at the health food store, took it for a couple of weeks, and it was no longer a problem. And I quit taking it. And several months later, it still was fine. I went out and bought a new Toyota Tacoma pickup with a 6 speed manual gearbox. It's still fine.
I did have some foot problems after driving to Edmonton, Alberta, from the Seattle area. I did the drive in three days up, two on the way back. Maybe I should stop and jog around for a few minutes, every couple of hours? I'm not sure what caused that, but I was miserable. It has gotten better, of late, but still somewhat painful. Both feet, feel like bruised heels. Maybe sitting for too long...I stand most the day at work?
I have circulatory problems in my feet and ankles. Good thing I'm not diabetic...I'm hypoglycemic, like many in the USA. Too much insulin production, vs. not enough. Anyway, I've found out that I have some joint problems, but if I'm careful not to annoy them, it helps. If my back problems go away, my neck stops hurting, and the creek don't rise, I'll be good to go!
