I'm trying to find information about the Scepter IV I-Beamer from around 1960-61 time frame. I know the late Stan Haugarth had one, as I have launched it for him around 15 years ago. The designer is Ed Ellerbrock of Colorado. That's the limits of my knowledge. Any help is appreciated.
