So, today I got an email from AMA.  After their many successes in defending model flying from FAA regulation, they thought they'd branch out and open up a Career Center.  That way they can bring all of their excellence to helping us find new jobs.   LL~

Surely, I'm the only one who received this and someone is just pulling my leg.  The whole scheme was to get me to go on here and complain.  And then everyone would yell "April Fools!"  and "You fell for that?  What a dope!"  Right?  Right?

Please - this is just a bad joke.  Yes?   ???

its more likely someone approached the AMA and offered to pay some cash to talk you into giving the your contact info.

maybe they use this to recruit people for the AMA staff, but I wonder if is singed up for this "benefit"

Not much of a recommendation, that.

I wonder if it is how they found those two doofuses (doofi ?) that do "AMA Air"?  Has anyone been able to watch that for more than about 5 or 6 seconds?

The AMA has some openings since some people have left the headquarters and other changes. I attended a district VI meeting that the membership is down and the museum director left for another position in Dayton.
