Anybody else going to take and RV to the Huntersville contest this coming weekend and stay outside the gate nights?

Be sure to get up with us Friday evening to go to the local Seafood Resturant ( Fish Camp ) . It's across the road from the Holiday inn Express

Pictures from Toady, Weather was a little windy early with scattered clouds , no Rain .. Graet fall weather with a high of 81

Better weather tomorrow is expected, rain is suppose to go thru tonight and early am..

Saturday Pictures.. Heavy rain at the early morning before officials started , then Great weather, but a little windy.. good turnout in all events..We were at the fiels until dark.. No results . maybe someone took a picture of the Scoreboards .

I want to take this opportunity to thank the guys at Huntersville for putting on a great contest last weekend. Although I didn't expect to wow the crowd at my meager level of flying, I did however improve over my last contest showing which is a plus. Great flying site and hospitality ...the wind was a little bit tricky for me (killed my Ringmaster) but the guys pulled off a great contest. I did get to meet the best bunch of guys, most of which I only knew from chatter on this forum. Hope to see you all again at KOI, Tampa, or Brodak. Got home here in Lake Wales, FL at about 11:30, easy trip.

YES. That is Harry Clark from Pembroke Pines Florida. He is my coach and technical advisor for my stunt fleet. In other words he's my dad.My name is Ken Cerny and we try to fly as many events as we can but my job gets in the way.

We were surprised to see your dad at the contest without you.. He told us you were working.. Things like work interfere with our hobby..

I had posted a picture of him earlier , but I did not recognize him with the different hat..
