I took a few pictures today, Too busy Judging/ Flying , The hit of the weekend was the Werwage Super Ares built by Charlie Reeves . You have to see it to appreciate it. The model is painthed in the same paint color and layout as the original ,powered with a PA 40 rear exhaust he put in the first flights on this new plane after the competition was over. Congratulations to Profile Winner ..Curtis Comer , OTS Winner ..Charlie Reeves and Nostalga 79 Winner ..Derek Barry , great flying and very nice weather , a little light on the turnout but more time to enjoy the event , pick up some great modeling deals from the vendors and put in alot of practice flights to get ready for the upcoming contest .
I will Update tomorrows PAMPA Classes

The Bi Plane is a Blackhawk models Pitts Special that one of our club members built and has been unable to get out and fly it, he sent it to Watt Moore to test fly and get the motor running right , seems there is a problem with the engine and we are sending it to Brodak to check it out . very nice little plane , can't wait to get a couple flights on it.
