The Huntersville contest is this weekend, the parks dept has the grass cut, new gravel in the parking lot, circles are mowed for the events on the end of rc runway and grass circle .
See photos ,
We also have the competirtion for the Ringo trophy, first place in advanced
Looking forward to seeing everyone for our fall contest, weather report looks great, just a quick. reminder about county rules concerning parking at the shelter. Only handicap parking allowed at the shelter,. The county requires you to unload your models and return your car to designated parking lot.

Hi friends, my name is Glenn Quarles. I drove over from Texas to watch the combat (all the other stuff too!). My buddy Jeff Dawson has built a couple slow combat planes to play with in my front yard and so I am looking to buy some kind of .25 motor to use on it. If any of you guys have a motor that may work for me I would love to take a look at it! I will be at the field both Friday snd Saturday.
I look forward to meeting you guys!!!
Thanks!
Glenn
