Moki .51 engine ?
« on: August 19, 2007, 08:07:19 PM »
Hi ,

I was looking through some web pages and I came across a review on a Moki .51 stunt engine .
It is (or was) made in Hungary .
I was wondering if it is still produced and who might sell them .
I can se it might be a real headache to get spare parts , etc.
Just curious .

Pretty sure it hasn't been made for some years now. Kim Webby here in NZ uses one and buys any he can find for spares.

They no longer make the 51 but are making RC engines. Go figure, thats where the money is. Girard Enterprizes is where I got mine several years ago. I am now running one in my Gieske Nobletr Bear. That engine is on it's fourth year of use and is still running good. I have one spare. It is too bad that they stopped making this engine. I think it is one of the best two-four brake enginines made.
