All AMA and PAMPA rules apply except no appearance points and no builder of model rule.

CAROLINA CRITERIUM
Entry Fee: $15.00 first event, 2nd & 3rd @ $10.00 ea to a max of $35.00. Juniors & Seniors $0.00.

Thursday & Fri. Oct 18th.
Note: all C/L circles will be open for practice Thursday. Friday the entire field is open for C/L flying.
Need key or MCLS member present to get on site early.
Friday Oct 18th. Practice. Judges Clinic: 4:00 - 6:00
1/2A combat at 1:00 (+/-).Double Elimination. .061PB OK. Starters Recommended.
Fast Combat at 3:00(+/-).Double Elimination. Shutoffs REQUIRD!

Saturday - Oct 19th:
STUNT - Registration at 9:00. Pilot’s meeting at 9:30 AM.
Old Time Stunt, Profile, Nostalgia 30 and Basic Flight (to be flown at 12:00 noon for new pilots).
COMBAT - Pilot’s meeting at 9:00 AM.
Speed Limit Combat (75mph). Any plane, Engine. Fuel system or Fuel. Starters OK. Rounds format.
CARRIER
NOTE: We plan to be ready to fly carrier well before the stunt pilots meeting – hopefully by 8:00 AM. We will also register carrier models Friday afternoon if you are in the area.
Carrier Profile, I and II; Carrier Electric Profile, I and II; Fifteen Carrier; Nostalgia Carrier Profile, I and II. Profile and Electric Profile will be combined. Carrier I and II and Electric I and II will all be combined. Nostalgia Profile, I and II will all be combined. As always, fifteen includes glow and electric. All scores will be normalized as a percentage of the high score on the NCS 2014 Top 20 so no class or propulsion method should have an advantage. Contestants may enter as many classes as they want for NCS Top 20 consideration etc.

Sunday - Oct 20th:
Pilot’s meeting at 9:00 AM.
STUNT
PAMPA: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert.
COMBAT
(TBD only if unable to finish on Saturday and people still feel like flying).
CARRIER
(TBD only if unable to finish on Saturday and people still feel like flying).

PARKING - PLEASE BE AWARE – PARKING
There are several handicap parking spots located next to the shipping container (electric recharging station) area next to the pavilion. Handicap tag required to use these spots. Otherwise there will be:
NO PARKING AT THE PAVILION
except to unload or load models. This includes handicap tags and vendors. We have 4 (6' x 2,5') tables available plus 8-10 picnic tables also.
This is a county landfill rule and we are under threat of losing access to the pavilion or the flying site if we don’t enforce it. Therefore, we will enforce it without exception. Please help us by unloading and loading quickly and moving your vehicle down to the parking lot immediately so the county does not have an opportunity to get confused about what you are doing.

As Will said we have nice weather this year for all of you . It has not rained at my house in two months but it is going to rain Sunday night and be all gone by Wednesday. Look tor high40's at night and 72 at mid day this coming weekend.

We will have modelers at the field on Thursday around noon setting up for combat . If anyone gets to the field and are locked out ( should not happen ) call me at 7048601079 and I will get you in with a quick phone call. I will be there around 9 Friday morning.

Great weather today. Cool fall weather , not a cloud in the sky, sunny , very mild winds , perfect day, mid 70's

OTS had Charlie Reeves returning after missing the spring event for medical issues,, he is back to flying and looking good, Tommy Luper , Terry McDowell, Bill Mandakis, Roger Altizer, and a couple more were flying a lot on the OT S circle ,

Alan buck , John Rakes , Don Jenkins .
Dan Banjock , Gene Martine and Steve Fitton flew Lots of flights on the upper paved circle, pretty good day lots of Coaching and helping out with trimming today

Mike and Ron Waldron showed up around noon with Ron's GA flying buddy Harry, Mike Lindler had his BMJR me 109 doing great today,

Jerry Haupt and Bob Storick arrived around 2 and started flying right away

Jared Hayes and his Dad were flying Thursday and Friday

Mike Londke had a mishap early on Friday with his SV11 and will be flying a backup model in profile and PAMPA

There were many more people there today, too many to list

Pilots meeting tomorrow at 9:30 OTS , N-30 and Profile starts tomorrow at 10:00 am. Basic flight at noon , carrier and combat starts at 10:00!

I judged profile Saturday and the wind never got over 3 mph. I was not there Sunday.

Some pics. Sam won 1st in 1/2A Combat, 3rd in Speed Limit and took 2nd in PAMPA Intermediate. He flew well in all his events especially 1/2A he beat on the old guys pretty hard.
