Any news on that contest last weekend??
I may be wrong but I doubt it.
I wouldn't take her to a dog fight even if she had a chance to win.

It was a bit breezy on Sunday that led to some adventures, but no damage - most only flew one round, but a couple toughed it (we'll go with that - crazy might be a better description) out for a second one.  Matt won expert (4 in the event).  One beginner, one intermediate (Larry came a long way!) and 4 in advanced.

Saturday had Old Time, Classic and Profile.   Something like 4 to 6 people in each event (maybe off 1 or 2, but that is close).

The contest is definitely back on the calendar, so make plans to attend next year.  Time to get the entries back up.

FYI, there is somewhat of a local custom that if an Intermediate person is the only entrant, they get bumped up to Advanced, at least for the one contest.  This happened at the contest in Vienna, Maryland a few weeks ago, with the Intermediate person ultimately winning Advanced.

Hi Tom, if you know...could you post the winners for the profile event?  I need it for the Dist. 8 Points Championship.
