Hard to tell, it is fast now.
I upgraded to Hi-Speed, from dial up, at about the same time.
But - I know it's faster because of Stunt hangar! :-)

I can download a 5,000kb movie in maybe 15 seconds, so it's hard to notice any change. But if it's better for everybody else, that's a good thing in my book.
