Hobby Tools on e-bay

Hi Guys,
I found this store on e-bay and thought someone might be interested. They have every kind of Surgical Supply you can ever want. I have purchased Scalpel Blades, Handles, and Hemostat Forceps from them and have been very happy with the quality of the products and the fast service. The Scalpel Blades carry the same Numbers as X-ACTO blades and have the same shape. They are much sharper than X-ACTO blades and come packaged in a box of 100, in individual sterile packaging. The cost is about $7.99 per box. The blades will fit in you X-ACTO handles, but the Scalpel Handles they sell have a better feel and the blades really lock into position. They cost about $9.99 per 5 handles. Check out their website.

Hi Marvin,
I got the 5 Scalpel Handles #5. I think I bid $15.00 and got them for $12.50. When you click on the different handles on their website, the description will tell you which blades fit the handles. The #5 Handle will work for blades #10 - #16. I would certainly order the handles if I ordered the blades. I just finished cutting loose some laser cut parts and they really work great. Here is the link for the handles I ordered. I also ordered 12 Kelly Hemostat Forceps ($9.99) and they are great for combat work.
They also combine shipping to save you some money. I ordered 5 sets of blades and handles so I could give my friends some. Now we all have a lifetime supply. We build slow.

Marvin,
I forgot, yes you can put in new blades. The handles only work with their blades. The blades snap into place. You don't have to tighten anything. I guess when you are cutting on people, you don't want the blade to slip.
