Title: Hip Pocket Builder's website,?
Post by: Avaiojet on January 30, 2014, 03:17:32 PM
I'm having difficulty downloading a set of plans from Hip Pocket Builder's website.

It's probably me.

Has anyone had success in downloading a set of plans from there.

If so, could you please assist, I would appreciate it.

PM me please.

Thanks in advance.

I had some initial problems that stemmed from the correct password. Eventually got it worked out and have downloaded a few of the plans. All seem to print well.

The site administrator is very helpful.  Just ask Ratz.

you seem to have to be logged into both the forums and plans area. I do that and have not had any problems

I never got past the two logon issue.  The administrator was never very clear on differentiation between the two, and in my opinion, the site wasn't worth the headaches.  I don't know of any other site that requires a login for their forum and a separate one for their downloads.

The registration and log in thing is a small hassle but once you're past that, it is well worth the effort. There are thousands of plans and even scanned books in there. If you're into nostalgia stuff then I can really recommend the site. The other one is the Outerzone in the UK http://www.outerzone.co.uk/index.asp
