I too hope the best for everyone .  My sister lives in La Quinta/Palm Springs.  During the heat of the summer she and her husband keep a condo in Maui.  They are still in Maui , someplace.  She got a message out they were safe but food sparse, and it was rough-no other details.  Haven't heard anything since.  Now I wonder what will become of the their home in California...... Life messed up by two hurricanes in about two weeks.
