Urtnowski Tribute plans??

Since we have been on the topic of the Mig Sweeper, how about the Tribute?  Where would you get the plans for that one?

I'd email Windy himself. I believe his website is still up. "Bob's Your Uncle" might be another source. It's a cool looking design.  y1 Steve

Some of the build videos are up on the tube. I don't recall seeing any plans. Just concept drawings. The wing was molded.

His website is up, but doesn't seem maintained and there is no way to reach him from there that I can see.

The Tribute was built around a glass fiber composite wing no longer in production. A few folks built them and assembled parts at a “Buildathon”.

No plans were produced as there wasn’t demand at the time (nor since). Its aerodynamics are based on the Miss Ashley II which also shares its custom wing.

PM me if you need more info.

Glass or carbon fuselage too?

I recall somebody was planning to make Windy's plans available for download - somewhere. Don't know what happened to that idea.
I built a Blue Pants as a kid. Wish I still had it. Might even learn to fly it.

The Tribute fuselage was balsa construction with no removable cowl. The only carbon / composite fuselage that Windy made to my knowledge was the Miss Ashley II: Windy built both a balsa and Carbon/Kevlar version of the Miss Ashley II for evaluation.
