          Hello:

           Yesterday, I picked up one of the above chargers NIB and I can not get it to function properly.  Has anybody used this battery charger and if so, what are your thoughts about it?

          For example, as soon as I connect the charger to the battery, I get a warning that says, "Reversed  Polarity." No, I did not hook it up "backwards.  It gives this warning despite what load I put on it.
