I'm composing a list of all the couples who attended the Fly-In from day one.

If any of you have attended with a wife/girlfriend/ whatever, or if you know of people who have, please respond to this post with the appropriate names.

My wife, Pat and I, Clancy Arnold attended at least 3 times.
Jack and Shirley Sheeks have attended about every Brodak Fly-In.
Do not forget Marvin and Rea Denny.

Bob and Ruth Schroeder. If we ever get over these bloody medical problems we'll make it next year. Won't be there again this year due to medical problems. Still stuck in Florida. Can't fly anyway unless I can sit in something to be able to turn around. Legs quit working

As I didn't get to go this year, I have been talking to the wife for next year, 2016. Was a couple of places she didn't get to see. A lot of historical places and I didn't get up to the big city. Not too enthused about all the tunnels on the way to Hershey's.

Hi Bob, Sondra and I have been there together since 2010. Jerry and Marry Phelps have been regulars for quite some time as well. Also Jack Sheets and his wife. John Saunders and his wife, Elaina have been there many years. Beside you and me Bob, who else has not missed a FlyIn sine 1997?

Why am I collecting couples' names?
I have decided to write a short book documenting the history of the Brodak Fly-In.
The syntax of the document will be chapters depicting various characteristics of the biggest control line event in history.

For example, one chapter is dedicated to the ladies who helped make it possible.
Another chapter dedicated to the Junkyard wars, and so on.

So far, the largest/longest chapter lists all the couples who have attended. I will indeed include as many as possible.

The book will be offered for sale after the last (2016) Fly-In. I plan to include at least 30 pictures at the end of the document plus I will include a CD with well over 1200 pictures from every Fly-In - 1997 to 2016.

All profits will go to the support and maintenance of the Brodak Model Aviation Museum.

Regarding the photographs, I will try and use any and all that are submitted to me. So far, most of them have come from Elwyn Aud. Anyone who sends me photos will of course receive full credits in the "contributors" listing in the book. If you have any photos that you think may be appropriate, please contact me and we can discuss.
