I am watching the History channel and a program on the HellCat.

First night fighter. Very cool stuff.

Anyone flying one of these in PAMPA?

Hi Paul, Brodak has a nice profile kit of the Hellcat. I own onw but have not as yet built it! However I did get to fly the original after it had been pranged and rebuilt! It flies quite nicely and is a
very smooth performer. Hope this helps. In addition the designer has built a Wild Cat and it too flies quite well; at least it did for me last July at our Fly-In.

Ty,

I have Pat's Hellcat plans, too.  The only change I would like to see is the flat center section----shouldn't be too hard to include it during the build.

If/when I do it, mine will have a PA 75 with rear muffler------unless I change my mind.

Cheers,
Jim

Best I ever saw was Ron Burn's Wildcat. Man, that thing was cool.

He builds some nice stuff. What ever happen to Ron? Don't hear much from him anymore.

A heck of a nice guy on the boards.
