OK, you guys recommended Hayes fuel tanks, so I got one. It really does seem great, and it sure was easy to assemble. Now, how should I place it on a profile? Right side up, with the front extension on the bottom, or turn it on its side with the extension pointing out? If it is right side up, it is pretty tall and seems to me that it might not flow as evenly as if it was on its side. Oh yeh, how do I hold this thing on the airplane? Can't solder tabs to it. Should I glue rails to the fuselage to align it and just rubber band it on? Why do they put that little bulge on the tank anyway? Thanks for any and all advice.

extension at the bottom, screw some small hooks into the fuse (4 of them, 2 above, 2 below) use rubber bands to hold it on

According to the dirrections: Protruding front eliminates pinched lines. j1 j1 j1 j1 j1 n~ n~ #^ #^ #^

Thanks, my local hardware store has some very small hooks, almost free. There must be some other use, because they have a whole bin of them.

Leester, you are right....it does....it still works if it as at the bottom, as it will hit the backplate of the motor and stop the lines pinching....but if your tank gets to that location...you probably have more substantial damage elsewhere...HA
