I rebuilt 7 or 8 old sparkers for him a few years ago, and sent him and ignition set up. I have not heard from him since. He related to me then he had a lot of health problems. Hope he is OK.

I spoke  with  Bill Yesterday, he  is  interested in building and getting a new airplane, he has has  some problems  but told me  now  he  is  OK
