Has anyone built and/or flown a Cleveland Tether Streamliner?

Has anyone built or flown a Tether Streamliner?  Twin boom, solid balsa, with the option of either a push prop (mounting the engine on the aft side of the fuse), or pull with the engine up front.
How many are even familiar with this plane?

Didn't recall it, so I tried to Google up some pictures. Found some, also plans. Turns out it's not solid balsa, but rather "all balsa". Looks kinda cool, but I wouldn't expect much in the way of acrobatics (would not place high at VSC).  Steve

Do any of the Cleveland models have much to offer as far as acrobatics goes? I just like the looks of this, but I may have to chose a better stunting plane since I don't have a budget for "cool" verses "functional"

We used to have a guy that I think was a concert musician that would bring fantastically unorthodox Old Time designs to VSC and attempt to fly them. Great guy, always in great humour with an infectious laugh. Dan, do you remember his name?

    Hey Man!!
    You mean Tony Lang? He was a pro piano player and piano tuner. and played keyboards for Dave Brubeck at one time. he wrote the classic "Stuka Stunt Blues". I haven't seen my copy of that tape in along time, but I imagine it's here some where!

Floyd Carter was a concert musician and used to bring interesting airplanes to the VSC.

Unfortunately, He moved to Oregon, and quit coming to the VSC.

I recently aquired a kit in excellent condition, I am thinking of scaling it up from 25" WS to 50+" WS.
But with too much going on in my personal life, it might be in hold indefinitely!
