I have heard from neither since 1978 or so. Both flew stunt in those days. Remel was a good guy. His AMA number was a permutation of mine. He was always nice to me even though I flew combat. I think I talked to somebody who knew his whereabouts, but I forgot who. Jim was from New Albany. Last time I saw him was 1976. He was press secretary for the Republican governors' association. If you know either of these guys, please say hello. Tell them that I'm flying stunt. That should get a chuckle out of them.

I met Remel Cooper and his family in Jacksonville, FL at the 1974 King Orange. He was a nice guy and invited me and my flying partner, Mark Heideman, to a party at his home. Les McDonald and Remel were good friends for years and if anyone knows Remel's whereabouts and well being, it would be Les.

I met remel cooper at the koi 2 or three years ago, he is doing well, he was there to see some flying, and to meet up with Les, very nice guy, we struck up a conversation and talked about alot of things non modeling related,
Funny thing, he was surprised that I had heard of his name, this was about the Time Les Mcdonald was doing the stiletto chronicles
