Looking for Flyers in Middle Tennessee
« on: September 17, 2011, 03:10:09 PM »
I found a nice field with room for about 3 circles.
Just looking to see if anyone was in the Nashville/Murfreesboro area?

I managed to put up a few flights today before my stooge had to go to work  :P

Here's a photo of where I'm flying and the field (and Girlfriend/Stooge)

Hello Prop Buster,

Take I-65N to exit 104 (Bethel Road), go east about a half mile past the BP gas station and turn right at small road. That'll put you at the flying field. Sundays at 12:00 most guys start showing up, usually 6-8 or so. Chad....615-804-8859. Hope to see ya today-

Check with Mac Henry and Marshall Busby in the Nashville area.  Marshall lives in the LeVergne area (sp?)

Hey Chad,
I'll try to make it out next Sunday if it's a regular thing. I'm only 45 minutes away.

I did however make it out to the field today by the house. I put up about five flights. Even got my stooge to solo :P

Thank you, Paul. I don't have his number and would hate for him to miss the action today and drive 45 minutes tomorrow for nothing.

Men of StuntHanger,
It would appear that I made a mistake.
So I had the car packed and a lunch.

Note to self: Don't leave to fly on a two year anniversary n1

Needless to say I'll be out next week. I already got my kitchen pass.

Ryan,

If you have to be reminded it's an anniversary, you should go ahead and go fly.  The punishment isn't that much worse VD~

Marshall can tell himmore in 5 min. than I can in a day! i have to be at the race track this week end to help . The club is running
a double feature(two races each class) plus qualifying; They will need all the help they can get!
my granson will not run in his class ,as he has the track championship sewed up with three races left; Not mention
fnishing 4th in the nation in USAC jr. Honda class and 3rd. in the nation in USAC jr. Stock
I certainly need to get a few flightts in and so does Marshall(and I don,t mean combat!)

Prop Buster,

The powers that be have opted to fly again this Saturday at 12:00. Hope you can make it. Charlie, why don't you grab Marshall and show up too? They're a great bunch of guys...see Reply # 3 for directions. Nice flying field.

Chad

P.S.-Paul, would you call Ryan again please? Thanks!
