The MCRC field, in Palmetto, has a great C/L circle and the overall facility is terrific.
The field is around 125 miles south.

Have fun

I have visited the MCRC several times since 2015.
Very welcoming people and great C/L facilities.
Flying with them brightened my winters and
I am grateful for their hospitality.

Cheers! - K.

There is a small group in Winter Garden, we fly on Wednesday mornings.
A couple of guys near Spring Hill fly frequently.
Hit or miss flying in Tavares, depending on the church groundkeeper’s schedule.
Dave Wallick has both paved and grass circles on his property in Ocklawaha, probably the closest flying to Ocala. Very nice place to fly. I don’t know how much company he gets these days.
I have seen the light, and it’s powered by a lipo.
