Les McDonald's Stiletto Chronicles - Part 3?

Hi Folks,
I started printing off Les McDonalds Stiletto Chronicles starting with number 1 in the Sept/Oct 2009 SN
however when I got to SN Jan/Feb 2010 instead of the expected part 3 I find it has part 4 (IV).

Does anyone know where part 3 is?

It is in the Dec 2009 Special Edition.  Still available on the PAMPA site.
