I sure do have a Prop Rod as well as a Shrike.

When it is at full speed, it runs on its' outer wheels only. The inner wheels lift up off the ground until
the tank runs out of fuel.

That doesn’t look like the stock Cox zero volume glowhead. Plus, are you running the 1.5x 0.5 prop?
