Wheel Pants Design

Gentlemen,

Who has a good design for Wheel Pants?

Does the design include:
     1) Attachment of the wheel plate to the axle.
     2) Attachment of the wheel plate to the wheel pant.
     3) Attachment of the wheels to the axle.
     4) Are the wheel pants removable for flying on grass.

I did a SEARCH on this site and did not find a design for the wheel pants.
