Most Control Line Fliers in one place at one time (9)
recorded photographically from outer space.
Courtesy Google Earth. Thank you.
North Coast Control Liners field
Berea Ohio, Sunday, June 27, 2010.
One flyer was checking out his lines but
most of us were hiding under the canopies.

Nice field- but I believe Google uses a lot of standard aerial photography images - not necessarily space based platforms.
Here is a pic of me flying a GWS Slow Stick with a $10 digital camera from Wally world activated by a $10 servo using a $50 3 channel radio. Total cost for my Aerial photo platform was about $150.

You are supposed to smile when your picture is being taken. LL~ LL~ Those space shots are not too up to date at times. It been three years now and they still don't show my new shop. H^^ By the way, it is fun to go find the various fields I have had the pleasure to fly at.

I did just that one day. Just messing around I found all the fields I have been to. I am sure if most of you old timers did this the video would last for hours. <=
I posted this a some time ago, but just in case you missed it.
I wish I could add a few more places.

How about an entry as "the world's biggest model field with NO flyers?"
The Toronto sat pic has a pilot, pit man and an airplane.
Berea hit it pretty lucky to have that many people on site for a once-in-three years shot, or maybe a NASA insider.
The condo we rent is Colorado still has a 4-year old photo.

Sorry guys but it looks like Google caught Whittier Narrows on a contest day.
You can see fliers in both circles, planes in the pits and judges in position.
There are a couple of cars near the grass combat circles, but no fliers on the carrier deck and no speed cage activity.
My guess is it was the Palmer contest.

Not going for a record, but here is where Sandy and I were at yesterday. Had a great day with all the guys/gals. Jim Mills and Alan Brikhaus were great hosts. Terry Bolin grilled up some great burges and dogs. This is the circle at Springfield Missouri USA.

Secret Flying site - and the sad part is there is about 2.5 acres of open, level , graded, grass field 1/4 mile away- fenced off and posted so no one gets hurt and sues the owner ( Nissan Dealer right behind it) .

Reeve's Field(Tulsa Gluedobbers) The best I can do for now. It only took 4 or 5 tries to get it right. It's heck being on a strange computer. The big red roofed building with semi trailers is the neighbors machine shop. He was kind enough to allow us to put one circle on his property. The clubhouse and metal canopy(carport) are on the NE side of the middle circle. We also have another canopy and small set of bleachers between the two west circles. For some reason they have Bob's driveway labeled as E Archer Street.
