source for canopies

I need a simple bubble canopy that is between 4 1/2" and 5" long, 2" wide and 1" high. I need them in quantity and they must be good quality. Can anyone help?

Sig MFG has canopies from 4-16" but not sure of width and hight for the 5".   Hight may be close but I don't think that it will be 2" wide.
