Besides the Eagles big win Sunday night,we did some flying today. Temps got to 50 degrees. Here's a picture of the usual suspects.....

Aside from the mud it was a great day. Best part was watching two guy's spend over an hour trying to get a Drone out of a tree. I will say they finally got it.

I always enjoyed flying with the Philly Flyers.
We had some incredibly good times.
We used to go to the Circleburners field on New Years Day and many times, we flew in the snow.
Really fine memories.

Glad you guys are not snowed in.

I know Ken, Shawn, Dennis and Dan.  Who are the other gun slingers?

Hey Bob, Shawn and I were flying the Goldberg Stuntman you gave us many years ago. It was flying quite well. Certainly a moldy oldie. It was a muddy mess at the field. Paul, the others would be Larry Wilks, Rich Gorill, Steve Dinnerman, Philly Skip. We truly had a good time even though certain things were problematic. It was just nice to get into the 40's for a change and just enjoy the day.

Ken I got out on Monday as well with Dennis and Steve. It was dead calm. I flew into my own turbulence a few times and almost lost Nobler. Amazing what the turbulence can do .We had fun, Dennis and I got about 3 flights each,Steve flew once. The field is a muddy mess,we may need to fly at Neshaminy until things dry out.....Skip

Four members of the Norfolk Aeromodlers got out yesterday as well and had a ball! Our temperatures got into the 60's! I had wanted to try 63' lines eye to eye on my P-40 and Hellcat. The P-40 is powered right now by an Enya 45CX converted RC engine. Its a stump puller and flies quite well! The Hellcat really liked the longer lines as well. It's got an ST.46 up front. We all left with our Fun Meters on Full!
